Recently I could open new chests, get 6 pages of new items and still didn’t see any notification about full inventory. Since then I only bought a lot of cosmetics for those new sell sword marks and suddenly I can get only 3 new items and I’m full. Didn’t know these cosmetics take up inventory space until I visited this forum. How can I get rid of them? I would prefer to destroy all those stupid poses to get back my inventory space (don’t need them, don’t want them any more). Would be nice to get back all those sellsword marks I spend for them as well (not necessarily). Thank you for help in advance and wish you a nice day.
I’ve checked with our backend team and I’ve been told that our upcoming hotfix will include a fix to applied hero poses taking up inventory space.
We’re also planning on doing an inventory cleanup in the near future will remove cosmetics from inventories. Currently, we’ve moved cosmetics and portrait frames to a data storage instead of inventory, but prior existing cosmetics/frames remain duplicated in inventories until this is complete.
Hopefully the hotfix will ease the issue and free up enough inventory space for you. If not, then please bear with us while we get to actioning the inventory cleanup!
Perhaps the hotfix doesn’t affect Hero Poses that we’ve bought prior to the hotfix? If so, then the 300-ish Hero Poses would have to be cleaned up like the other cosmetics.

Well, my situation is getting worse. One week earlier I was able to open only 1 chest, now I can’t open any chest. But since then I didn’t open a single chest neither bought anything (especially pose). Is there any progress with the solution? Can someone just delete all my poses for good? Please?
