Hi! The old and very popular mod for bots made by Grimalackt that was sanctioned for Official Realm and later unsanctioned for inactivity is back. I update and fix it with OaNtKb and Aliquis. It was not easy but it works without errors now and I am determined to keep it that way until I die.
So please sanction it. It already has more than 500 subscribers. Or if you see something that prevents this from happening, tell me what it is and I’ll fix it.
You did a great job, but Fat Shark hasn't approved any MODs since 2022.
I still believe. Considering that the mod has already been sanctioned once, it shouldn’t be a problem.
I wish there were a mod system like Darktide, then it’d be no problem.

We need better bots, start approving mods again!
Another issue I’ve noticed with the unmodded bots is that they now can stray way too far from the team. They’ll get stuck doing something like going after a special, or even an enemy simply because that enemy has a shield, they perceive them as higher priority. They’ll stay way behind the team, and get downed or killed.
Feeling won’t pass
I think this problem has always been with vanilla bots. This mod solves it.
It’s so frustrating playing solo right now, because it’s always a dice roll whether you lose to your bots randomly doing something incredibly stupid. I feel like I lose ~30% of my legend runs just because of this and it takes the fun out of the game for me. Back when the mod was still sanctioned solo runs used to be one of my favorite ways to relax in the evening - now it’s just rage inducing. I lost the War Camp Battering Ram Encounter just yesterday because suddenly all three bots abandoned me to stand next to a globadier that had been lifted by sister bot and then did absolutely nothing. They didn’t even kill it - just appreciated the view I guess.
I recommend to play only Into the Nest map with bots if you want to just relax. As I know it is the only map that has no bugged spots where bots can stuck or do stupid things and also there are only skaven which is sadly the only enemy race that is fairly balanced so far (no stormers casting from miles away or through the walls, no beastmen archers with infinite arrows…).
I do exactly that when I want to just enjoy the game without frustrating moments.
