I implore you to please let us buy the skins for the regular red weapons in Lohner’s Emporium.
Whilst the upgrade path to get specific red weapons was definitely a step in the right direction, it definitely isn’t a terribly satisfying one having to run around with an orange, non shiny weapon skin.
Isn’t the need to get 5 legendary weapons to upgrade enough of a grind already?
I wouldn’t mind paying an exobritant price like 2000-3000 shillings, I got 6000 of them in my bank and nothing to spend them on!

I do agree, that not getting the glowing blue weapon skin when spending 5 red dusts to upgrade an orange weapon is annoying. However, one addition i would like to see added to the game is a weapon exchange/trading option between players.
Because so often, time and time again, i get reds from chests that i either don’t want or have already got, and i never get the ones i still need, yet my friends keep getting the reds i want, and they don’t! So it would be great if there was a ‘like for like rarity’ trading option between 2 players in the lobby. I think that would be a great addition personally.

Agree. Really dumb that the options are so limited for weapon skins. Emporium needs expanded big time.

Whilst it would be a cool option, my guess is that it would need an significant amount of work to implement. Buying Skins in Lohner’s Emporium is already in the game, thus adding these particular skins would not need any new functionality.
I understand why FS hasn’t made an orange weapon upgrading into a red one carry its skin with it,
but buying them for 2000 shillings is IMO an acceptable compromise since it would actually take significant amount of time to amass such in game wealth.
