Please correct weapon damages on maniacs for Combat axe

Fixed a bug where Bull Butcher Mk III Cleaver and human Combat Axes dealt incorrect damage vs Maniac on some light attacks.

Revert of changes from Patch #5 to the Bull Butcher Mk III Cleaver and human Combat Axes.

It was tagged as a bug… then people cried on forum, then they reverted.

This is STILL a bug.

Btw, this permitted to enlight that there is a second weapon with this problem… (as I never use it… I did not notice it)
