An update on this thread Unexpected damage profile on the Antax Mk V Combat Axe
The Antax (and reportedly other combat axes) don’t do the correct damage to Maniacs with their heavy attacks. The Light Attacks seem to be functioning as intended.
The damage values of the heavy attacks against maniacs are so low, it requires upwards of 8 heavy attacks to kill a trapper, vs a single heavy attack to kill a hound (Heresy, w/ thrust).
I don’t think it’s bad for some attack types to work better against some targets, but the disparity here is so large it seems unintended.
