Please buff non ganger classes to Hive Scum level

Now that the new class has been revealed, can we get some buffs for the non ganger classes that clearly need some love? For starters, here are some ideas of new/reworked talents:

Psyker

  1. New talent: Lingering flames - Soulblaze now does 2x damage and lasts until the enemy is dead

  2. Empathic evasion - Now also gives immunity to melee attacks

  3. Scrier’s gaze - Now gives 10 gold toughness per second (max of 100)

  4. Malefic momentum - +10% Strength and +15% cleave to all Attacks for 8s after a Kill. Stacks 5 times.

  5. Telekine shield - Now saves you from overloading on peril, cooldown reduced to 15 seconds

  6. Creeping flames - Now applies maximum (31) soulblaze stacks

  7. Brainburst - Can now be charged for 30 seconds to do up to 100k damage

Zealot

  1. Until death - Cooldown can now be reduced with CDR talents
  2. Holy revenant - Now gives 100% HP back
  3. Fury of the Faithful - Bring back the ranged rending
  4. Duellist - Now gives 150% extra finesse damage
  5. Invocation of death - Returned to the old version that applied CDR for each enemy hit
  6. Shroudfield - Now doesnt remove you from stealth when you attack

Veteran

  1. Power cycler - Returned to its original version that allows for 8 swings
  2. Exe stance - Auto reloads your gun since Hive Scum will have it
  3. Shredder grenades - Apply max stacks of brittleness to all enemies hit
  4. Serrated blade - Now applies 8 stacks of bleed per hit
  5. Iron Will - Now gives 90% DR if above 90% HP
  6. Voice of command - Grants 100 gold toughness to teammates, range doubled

Ogryn

  1. Point blank barrage - No longer consumes ammo during the duration
  2. Feel no pain - All effects now spread to allies in coherency
  3. Local protector - Grants 300 gold toughness
  4. Batter - 4 stacks of bleed on light attack, 8 on heavy
  5. Frag bomb - capacity increased to 5, sets ground on fire for 30 seconds
  6. Passive 33% DR

Arbites

  1. Dog explosion nades - charges increased to 5
  2. Castigator’s stance - Can now run and slide
  3. Execution order - All specials and elites now visible through walls 100% of the time, enemy list configurable in settings
  4. Cyber mastiff - Can now loudly bark to scare enemes and suppress them for 10 seconds
  5. Voltaic shock mine - Electricity now spreads to cover a wider area, lasts longer

Plz no more talent reworks. Im tired of re assigning my skill points every time the skill tree is reworked.

why did you pick like some of the strongest Zealot talents to improve… there are so many mediocre ones that deserve to be changed before literally some of the best talents in the entire game. at the very least I’d like some of the Zealot’s gun focused talents brought back/retooled and certain talents like Out of Pocket way buffed

You’re being pretty conservative with these numbers, a lot of these could really use 2, maybe 3 more orders of magnitude to reach the same strength we’ve all seen of the hive scum.

these psyker buffs aren’t enough, they need more durability to actually survive in havoc in order to be able to compete with the other classes. without that there’s no reason to even bring a psyker outside of auric.

At least have the decency to wait until the class comes out before crying that it’s broken. It’s the same drama you guys always stir up whenever something new releases.

yeah for all we know the ‘increased vulnerability’ after that combat frenzy ability could actually matter. I’m pretty not sold on the idea that the other rejects aren’t up to par though. sure some have really low floors like ogryn/arbites and for some reason psyker now too but there’s also little in the extreme disparity when you know what’s up and how to cook. except for dumb crap that has ruined the game for 8+ months like perilous combustion and dueling that make the idea of gear slot choice a joke.

The Veteran has no identity, which is worse than just being designated gunner. The only thing that class has that’s of any interest is the Voice of Command, and it’s balanced against two extremely generic, forgettable alternatives that I honestly have completely forgotten. What are they? Standing Very Still or Aim Your Weapon? A dry fart of a class, despite being the posterboy on your right with those overly Germanic goggles.

The Hiver has some skills that were taken from the Veteran a long time ago. Feels so disrespectful.

Was this long post worth making? I mean, what are you getting from writing all of that? It’s clearly just made from spite and not real feedback.

By writing this post, not only did you waste your time, but the time of people who actually bothered to read it. And the only reason for it was to do what? Attack/mock the devs?

When you decide to write a post next time, maybe don’t do it to be an insufferable human being, okay? People would really appreciate it.

Well, you know what a crowbar is used for, right? That’s it! You can peel off that pesky carapace armor with a crowbar! :laughing:

Man, it would be really funny if they had tech to take off parts of the enemy’s armor.

It is still one of the worst crimes in my eyes that they stole the auto-reload from the Sharpshooter to give to the Ogryn, denying it to the Veteran when we got the talent trees. All because we could lay down 30-rounds of bolt ammunition into Crushers/Bulwarks which was karkin’ amazing!

damage for everything and everyone should be brought down to chainsword level, (of course power weapons ought to do a lil bit more) but cmon
