Players not joining game - stuck with bots

Issue Description (Required):

Despite peak times and clearly player numbers on the Mourning Star, no players join the game. It has happened repeatedly at various times. Can this be right? In this case Heresy Inferno missions.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Start a game, where you’re the only one in the lobby, and start it early.
  2. Nobody joins.

No, I don’t use mods

Often (<75%)

I will add I have experianced this a few times as well, not quite as frequent as 75% but much more than before the update.

Is the population being split too much by allowing players to select any difficulty for the maps in rotation?

Even if, surely a person choosing quick play should fill the lobby up. But maybe fewer people are doing quick play? cause right now I know im not doing it, cause I mainly play Auric missions with Modifiers on, but if I do quick play I get put into matches where people are doing the story, and they have no modifiers on. So I have not done more than 3 quick plays since the update came out.
