Issue Description:
The plasma gun only deals 2X toughness damage on 100% heat instead of 3X.
Venting deals little more than 6 damage to health, the expected damage to toughness would be around 18, instead, it only deals around 12,5 Toughness damage.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go into Psykhanium
Equip any plasma gun
Attack until the heat reaches 100%
Vent with special action
See it only deals around 12 damage to toughness.
