Even when hip-fire, still have a short delay. Charged shot takes a few seconds. But its really hard to aim, especially when you miss, also generated 34% heat, it feels bad. Plasma Gun need a dot in the middle of crosshairs, Please.

yes, and it needs no delay
in fact all weapons, mostly melee wepoans need no delay
