Playing on the new map (not listed in the dropdown below)
Fire plasma gun (occurred 1/4 shots, both charged and uncharged)

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Can confirm occasionally the plasma gun fires without sounds or vfx after the patch. Disabling mods seems to have no effect.
