Issue Description (Required):
Sometimes when firing the plasmagun there is no plasma bolt and no firing sound. The gun still recoils, enemies are still hit and suffer the normal effects of being hit, but there the bolt is invisible and the gun is silent. It’s a small minority of shots, but it happens often enough to be noticeable. I believe this started with the most recent patch, as I don’t recall having this issue while playing yesterday. Interestingly, the issue does not happen in the Pyschanum, only during missions.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Shoot the plasmagun repeatedly over the course of a normal mission, you should notice eventually that rarely, but noticeably, the shots have missing sound and visuals.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
Reproduction Rate (Required):
Rare (<10%) (Per shot, per mission it’s 100% if you shoot often enough.)
