Plasma gun damage variances

Issue Description:

The plasma gun suffers from some form of damage variance issue, where some shots can deal upwards of 30~ish more damage per shot over another, with further variance between different plasma guns, some of which should be dealing more damage over another according to their stats.

At minimum I have identified that the Volatile blessing appears to have a, likely unintended, impact on damage dealt by various plasma guns, but even here there is variance in the amount of damage dealt depending on how many stacks of Volatile you currently have, where generally 4 stacks will see the most damage increase, with 3 and 2 having the least amount.

Hence, I suspect that at some level the charge rate of the plasma can also affect its damage.

Video below showcases a few instances of the damage variance that I have encountered with the plasma guns I have on hand. Some of it is to be expected as two of them have 10/8% damage to elites respectively, but one of them should be doing less damage than the two others, yet seems to do more damage for no discernible reason other than having a 1% slower charge rate.

Steps to Reproduce:

Test various plasma guns with similar stats (1-3% variance) and identical perks/blessings. Some guns may deal more damage than they should relative to another. In the case of Volatile being used as a blessing, different stack amounts should alter the damage of shots according to the amount of stacks currently active.

I already made a bug report on this. It even applies to gray weapons, and I don’t think it’s just the charge rate, but I kinda got bored of testing it further. Something very weird is going on.
