Issue Description:
According to the patchnotes the the damage at minimum used to be 600 at 0% and 1080 at 80% damage bar, however it was always clamped to max 600 damage, aka the weapon is bugged because it considers the damage cap to be the minimum clamp.
The patch 14 changes did nothing to this, the minimum clamp is still 600, not 700 and also didn’t fix the bug, so the 80% dmg plasma shown in screenshot is not doing 1260 on base attack.
I also think this is about the base damage because the patch notes usually specify which attack and cause the dmg is most similar to the base attack, while the charged attack already did 1500-1600dmg before.
This SEVERELY hampers the intended damage output of the plasma when using it’s non-charged attacks.
Steps to Reproduce:
Update game to patch 14
Create a plasmagun with 80% damage stat
Observe inconsistencies vs damage numbers displayed and damage numbers according to patch notes
