The ping caps are still too high. My game search is set to near and i still mostly get 150+ ping which causes lots of “ghost hits” and unnecessary deaths. This was suggested 3 years ago now and nothing has been done. Its as easy as just lowering the cap to 90 or below or simply letting the user pick the cap.
