The penance that rewards the player the True Survivor title is called The Insane and I think The Insane would be a more fun title to have compared to True Survivor
Yep, been actually saying this for awhile now. It would be a bit more cool for sure. When I first got it… I was like; why isn’t the names reversed? The Penance being “True Survivor” & the title as “The Insane.” Just makes more sense to me. 
Just got mine tonight, let me wear it for a bit before you change it. Then definitely change it.

If we’re making suggestions, I have always been partial to “certifiable”.
It should stay True Survivor to contrast with Auric Storm Survivor which is a joke of a title because people just end up alt+f4ing to get it, which isn’t possible with True Survivor, emphasis on TRUE survivor as opposed to fake survivors.

Fair point, but honestly it sounds too close to the a.s.s. title which I don’t like personally. I don’t want people to associate the two either because of the survivor at the end. It needs to be much more special.

even though the title can be cheesed cause apparently the new changes they made about disconnection, doesnt work as intended or at least as id thought
people when netted if rejoining somehow they are still free in some occasions
same for mutant grabs etc (until death can be refreshed permanently if rejoining back, so if it pops up and rejoining back it will appear instantly back with no cooldow and can be done infinitely) and least important, some bugs where people despite dying they can still earn the title because of some instances (dying fully to a crushers overhead instead of not going down apparently it counts as challenge or similar)
title cool if done legit, but just as ASS title, not a perfect title and true survivors could be still not true
True, when people reach full-corruption and insta-die they can still get it because it doesn’t count as in the downed-state, but this seems like it would be somewhat rare from what I’ve read. With the faults of the title it’s still the best we got so far. They just need to change these minor things like insta-death and others and we’ll be good. The great thing about the title is that I’m a pretty hardcore player and rarely do I actually see the title on anybody, so that at the very least is a great sign so far.
I got the title a few days ago legit. But man, that title is hard as fock to get atm because of so many bugs. It took me 2 weeks to get it and it was a living hell with pubs atm. Beeing trown Midway in a game with less than 50 health and level 20 players, the hole time beeing replaced with bots only for them to rejoin and knowing the hole time that if you die you can start over but the progress does not count if you win, and Lets not forget the crashes. Never in my life am i going to do that again.
Why not @Murderer as the title? We both murder people.

I prefer True Survivor, The Insane sounds a bit edge lord-y to me.
Also it reminds me of a Blue Oyster Cult song, Sole Survivor, which I really liked.
