The penance used to be to “kill every elite terror”(Crusher/bulwark/reaper), but at one point was changed to just kill 10 elite terrors.
However, the penance shows 0/3 instead of 0/10, and also doesnt work at all even if you do kill an elite terror.
Making it currently unachieveable.
