Ogryn's old pre-1.2 passive Thick Skin still active

Ogryn’s old passive Thick Skin (ogryn_base_passive_tank) is currently still active.

It grants 20% toughness damage reduction and 20% damage reduction as a baseline which gets increased by anything new from the current skill tree resulting in very high defensive stats. It’s essentially an additional 0.64 damage taken multiplier for free.
