Ogryn's Charge needs some shooter+sniper protection + some other feedback

the built-in 25% dmg reduction is kinda worthless on damnation. Almost every charge ends with 0 toughness and some hp dmg as even a few uncontrolled shooters shred him. Even worse are snipers who can 360 noscope him while charging (even when tangential to the sniper). I cant count how many times an unseen sniper surprised me (even the warnings dont help, as there can always spawn more than one sniper and you know how sniper often take ages to show themselves) leaving me helpless while I charge (sry, i dont have the reflexes of a 14 year old).
As a further feedback - it would be nice if the charge would cancel everything and has highest priority. It’s so damn unreponsive to use sometimes. Also, it would be nice if the charge would get stagger resistance vs those bomber grenades.

I think the character abilities overall need a look but it’s wild to me that vet gets an auto rest button at 30 on a ability that already refreshes super fast and gives a whopping 50% buff and a straight up toughness damage resist with the right trait where the closest we get to that is the Psyker ability which burns warp charges and does no damage or chastise the wicked recharging faster after doing crits.

I think for sure the charge itself needs a built in stagger or disable immunity on top of having some mechanic to give a quick ability refresh for doing highly impactful / successful charges.

Maybe it would be nice if they all have back toughness on charge hits and instead have one of the options being gets 10 sec of increased damage / stagger on attacks after the change or 1 second per enemy hit up to 20.

I don’t see why toughness per enemy hit shouldn’t just be a passive anyway in its current state once you hit 30 since it’s not like you can overcharge toughness.
