The Ogryn feat “Bombs Away” does not trigger the additional bombs when hitting any carapaced enemies.

Can confirm, in the Psykharium it only work when you score a head hit on the mauler. I’m going with, it’s broken at the moment and don’t expect the description to be reading when scoring a head hit.
Can also confirm. It only works on a headshot on a mauler in the meatgrinder at least. Does not work on any other enemies Ive tested. Ive also yet to see it work in game on some enemies ive tried to hit including the bulwark and the… 2h hammer ogryn, but those may have been misses or hit another enemy.
I guess thats because the rest of it is Flak Armour.
Only the Maulers Helmet is Carapace.

Head: Carapace
Rager
Full Flak
Ogryn Reaper
Chainmail: Flak
Shoulders, Hands: Carapace
Ogryn Crusher
Full Carapace
Ogryn Bulwark
Shoulders: Carapace
So…yeah…the only Enemy where you can guarantee a Detonation is the Crusher. For all the others you need to hit a specific part of their Armor

Thanks for the additional info, that makes the feat rather lack lusting and highly situational.

Especially since they only get one grenade, makes the feat an easy choice not to pick.
