I’ll go with something obscure perhaps, but Insect Swarm plasmid from BioShock franchise comes to mind as a potential “fair” superpower :smiling_face_with_horns:

99% of video game characters have the implicit ability of unlimited stamina. Dudes can do stuff for literal hours without getting tired. Imagine how much I could get done with that.
