Off-Topic Fridays: Would You Rather Fight One Horse-Sized Duck or 100 Duck-Sized Horses?

Happy Friday! I bet you weren’t anticipating this week’s question:

Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?

The idea of a horse-sized duck is immediately terrifying to me, so I will opt for the 100 duck-sized horses. I will entrap them (I have no planned this part out) on a large piece of land where they can free-range and lead long, happy lives, away from me.

Trapping them and setting them free in some place sounds awesome.
Look at those small cute Emperors gifts to the Mankind!

I think the question should be would you fight one horse sized duck to free 100 duck-sized horses or would you fight 100 duck-sized horses to free one horse sized duck.

Make love not war with the cuties. :frowning:

Well, If I am to win, I’d easily choose to take on the horse-sized duck, as it’d be much easier to maim or seriously injure any bird than a horse, not to mention that there’s not that many ways a duck can hurt you I believe.

However, If it was this duck specifically:

I am willing to die trying to befriend the creature.

100 duck sized hordes, and it is not even close

Is the strength of the duck/horse modified relative to their size ?

If so, Horse to duck (100). Horses are brittle, Ducks aren’t.

Do I get weapons? I think it would be more epic and news worthy to fight the duck and die… “florida man killed in 1v1 horse-sized duck incident today…”

…though “florida man killed by new found species of tiny horses as he attempted to fight them rather than tame them…”

I think I’d go for the duck 1 target and a lot of meat, bragging rights and skeleton sales after… if i live…

My reaction either way:

Spoken like someone who has not been attacked by an angry goose :joy:

A horse sized duck is a dinosaur, I’ll take the mini horses.

Yah and if it can fly too… may just be able to use its weight.

On the contrary, I don’t get attacked by geese often, but it’s not a single occurence either. I am scared shitless by roosters - child memory oof. I help out taking care of chickens, ducks and geese on the regular. They’re very tame of course, but sometimes they get very upset when you’re trying to help. Just like an elf. :rat:

The 2 chickens are on a time out with their snobby neighbours for bad behaviour. :chicken:

You video didn’t show avian combat, disappointment… here’s some satisfying clips

And if your in the water you’ll be slaughtered

No avian combat shown because it’s actually ducks, not geese. Bamboozled.

(the geese would attack me if I went into their enclosure, they’re super territorial and it was not worth the internet points)

Geese and rooster attacks are the most entertaining and common though, why I specified avian. Calling someone an idiot is not the good nature of these threads.
