It really is nuts. Things like a proper Kasrkin outfit with the helmet and a full Scion set would rake in obscene amounts of cash and good will for comparatively little effort, so much to gain and they just don’t.

I would ACTUALLY pay their current prices for a full set of high-quality “Inquisitorial Scions” themed cosmetics.
Something like this but with logical adjustments for all of the different Archetypes:

I don’t think Fatshark themselves can even begin to understand how badly they fumbled this games potential. Stating they did a bad job would be an understatement.
Maybe they’ll release it when Space Marine 2 comes out since the guardsmen in that game are Cadian. They did that with the Rogue Trader sets with, well, Rogue Trader.
It’s pretty hilarious that the guardsmen in space marine 2 look a lot better than us
