Issue Summary:
Not respawning on death as host, while teammates respawn. In log happened at around 13:30 while playing a deed with Send in the Next Wave and Deprivation (full team). Has happened before while playing with one friend and two bots, during beta, on The Pit. Bots respawned but I didn’t, also as host.
