New player. Just bought the game today.
I had not bought the game yet and had not linked any of my accounts but was somehow getting credit towards the twitch drops. I then purchased the gamed and after doing so I no longer earned credit towards the twitch drops. I then later linked my accounts but was still not getting credit towards the drops.
Until today, I haven’t had an issue obtaining rewards. In fact I received rewards for Space Marine 2 just a couple of days ago.
Steps I have taken to attempt to fix this:
Watched countless different streams.
Logged out and back into twitch.
Cleared my browsers cache.
Disabled adblocker and other browser extensions that might have an effect.
Software and OS (updated to most recent versions):
- Windows 11 Pro 24H2
- Firefox 133.0.3
- AMD Adrenaline Driver 24.12.1
The above steps were taken only after I stopped getting credit and made no change in progression.
