The new mission can appear randomly as having grimoires in the mission. Because it is an operation, this is not possible. Once you go into the mission, there is no objective for grimoires.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Pick “No Man’s Land” with Grimoires sub-objective.
Observe as grimoires do not appear on the list when you hold TAB.
