Issue Description:
Sometimes when I am shooting at an enemy, I won’t get a hit registry. Let me clarify. The sound effect indicating a hit will trigger, a visual on the enemy will trigger either blood spatter or Lasburn, but there will be not hit marker indicator and the enemy will not react to being shot. I am using the Helbore Lasgun Mk1 and I will fully charge headshot a poxwalker by mistake or I will intentionally aim at a moving target. It will give the headshot sound effect, blood spatter, lasburn vfx, but the poxwalker will still come running at me or an ally, indicating that the hit did not register and no damage was done to the target despite all the visual and audio indicators saying otherwise. A poxwalker should be dead after a headshot from a Helbore Mk1 fully charged shot. Doesn’t matter what enemy type, it seems to happen on just about all of them.
Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure there are any real steps to reproduce, it just happens randomly while I’m using the Helbore Lasgun (I don’t really use any other guns. I only ever play Psyker and Zealot and with them, I’m using Voidstrike Staff and Flamer, so its hard to tell if the issue is happening there as well)
I can say that it is more noticeable on moving targets where you get the visual and audio feedback of scoring a hit, however the target will have received no damage from the shot.

Common (At about 50% on moving targets) However it does happen to stationary targets sometime as well at about an unusual 20%-25% of the time.
