As title reads, whenever I load the game I experience no audio. Audio on my pc is functioning as expected, drivers for audio are up to date, Darktide is set in the sound mixer to be playing, darktide in game settings are set to stereo. It’s this way even after 3 reinstalls.

Correct. Audio Channels set correctly according to linked guide. Still no audio.
On bottom right side DESKTOP right click speaker icon.
Open Volume Mixer and check if your Darktide is muted while you play.
Mine is auto muted too until i install AMD adrenaline recently, i guess you need to update your driver.
