No audio at all from music to sound effects

Hi,

so I just upgraded my CPU and motherboard and was excited to finally play Darktide without any audio issues, however now I have found out that there is no audio at all anymore. I verified the files and reinstalled. Updating the drivers also did not fix the issue.

There are no recent posts about this anywhere so I have no idea what I need to do.

Help me, please.

It’s certainly unusual to have no audio whatsoever! There are some solutions here that may help:

I’ve had loads of missing audio recently, from trappers and the like, and also noticed no music playing in some levels and the hub on a few occasions. I’ve not had total audio blackout like the OP though.

Perhaps something relating to gfx card drivers?

Thanks, I fixed it, for some reason the audio was connected to a device that wasn’t even connected to my PC anymore.

Finally, I can go back to slaying heretics!
