Could you announce another DLC for Vermintide 2, and that vermintide 3 is a thing, and that you plan on acting like most studios and have multiple games, not just one.
By doing this all the vermintiders that refuse to accept the differences between gunplay and swordplay, and that swords cant beat guns, can flock back to it, and rejoice that there will be more content for it coming out.
This way you can stop vermintiding, darktide, and instead focus on doing your own thing with this game, and maybe bringing it back to the state it was in on launch (gameplay).
You will also be able to continue with the team based gameplay, and stop trying to convert it into something it was not supposed to be, and forget about the melee focus, and instead continue with the gun/swap focus.
