Basically when this special spawns and attacks the party, any dead ratling that has not been decapitated rises up and attacks the party, more resistant to interruption/kickback.
Hopefully a vampire count necromancer?

I think that they will leave necromancy and Vampires for Vermintide 3. My guess is that we will get Vampire counts as enemies in the next game.
