As of today’s hotfix, I keep getting new CTDs and BSODs from Darktide. I’ve verified numerous times that my hard drives and RAM are not only free of corruption but also plugged in correctly. As of a few days ago everything from my BIOS, to sound, to graphics drivers are up to date.

In user_settings I’ve done all the suggested fixes by disabling rt and adding the threaded_streamer or whatever line of code. I regularly restart my computer after missions and make sure to delete the shader files.

Framerate is limited to 120 fps via the in-game menu.

Running:
amd 3600x
gigabyte x570
gigabyte 2070 super
32gb ddr4 ram configured to auto xmp in gigabyte bios

I assume the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ hasn’t helped here?

  1. Right-click Darktide in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

The BSODs do indicate more of an underlying issue. is there an error displayed with the BSOD?
