Should be : ‘Every 4th Ranged Attack is a guaranteed Critical Hit’
Actual bug:
Initialisation of the Talent is after the first shot or the Talent hit count starts at 0.
The first time a player loads in the game, you have to hit 5 times after which it resets to 1. Then it counts back to 4 and resets to 1.
