Engineer’s Leading Shots Talent grants a buff that causes the next ranged attack to be a forced critical. Trollhammer Torpedo attack does not consume this buff, allowing for unlimited critical strikes (And ammuition through scrounger).

Can confirm. Infinite torpedo, with infinite crit.
This has been fixed, but created another bug.
Now the Trollhammer does consume Leading Shots, but does not crit.
