Hello,
I purchased Darktide and the extra DLC, as well as some of the currency from your store. It gave me the option to add $2.49 but when it connects you to steam you have to put it in your wallet at a minimum of 5.00 dollars. I got goggles for my ogryn and a couple of other things also, a helmet for the psyker that removed her hair and tattoo when it would obviously show these. With all these things on offer but no way to see them on your character, it's easy to buy the wrong thing. There are some other things in the store I might like later but I'm not allowed to because there's a time limit on the shop. There's no time to decide and none of this stuff is just on offer individually or anything. I really love the game but it's stressing me out that I don't know if I can even get any more of the gear I want or even play any of the classes coming out because I'm going to have to pay more money. I've spent more than $130.00 plus tax because I also bought the game for someone else, so we could play together, and I don't even have all the things I wanted. I didn't buy the larger pack because I only intended to buy one thing, but I kept having currency left over that I was trying to zero out. I worry now what I may have gotten my friend into with this kind of gotcha style of game it feels more like a mobile game than a triple A release. All I'm saying is that I want to keep playing your game but I feel that I was tricked and the monetization of this game is misleading at best. On top of that I heard (don't know if this is true) that the store system might be getting changed as well, and now my money has been wasted further. I'm sorry for the rant but this is really bothering me and I've never had this experience with a video game. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

It looks like you might be asking about the cosmetics from the Imperial Edition, Pre-Order Beta Rewards (Helms), Pre-Order Bonus or Devoted Rejects Pack (Vermintide).
We have recently resolved some issues with the Pre-Order Bonus and Pre-Order Beta Rewards, which should now be available upon relaunching Darktide.
We also understand there is some confusion over the cosmetics awarded as bonuses, and how they are acquired.
