When wanting to file a report, some people have generic names that make it difficult to find on steam because their names are generic making them immune to report. Unable to find a work around this socially engineered defense against legit reporting. Placing this in technical support because this is an error in the interface that prevents an action from occurring (getting the offender’s steam page to file report)
