Necromancer's Spirit Leech doesn't work in Weekly Event (Tzeentchian Twins mod at the moment)

Killing an Elite doesn’t restore cooldown neither from “fresh” one nor from “dropped”. But in normal game it works properly.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Run weekly event as Necromancer with Spirit Leech.
