Necromancer's "Lost Souls" talent doesn't heal Sister of the Thorn through her passive ability

Issue Description (Required):

Necromancer’s “Lost Souls” talent does not work with Sister of the Thorn’s “A Sustenance of Leechlings” perk.
When Sienna’s souls generate 2 temporary health points while she is at full health Kerillian should gain health instead, this however does not work.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play as Necromancer with Lost Souls talent
  2. Shoot Kerillian so she is missing a little bit of health
  3. Get within line of sight with an enemy and make sure to be turned in their direction
  4. Vent some overcharge before the first threshold to prevent taking damage yourself
  5. Elf will not gain any healing
