Complete the Mortis trial event and unlock the frame reward. Then try to equip the frame but it is locked for all characters and cannot be equipped.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Unlock all rewards of the “A Day At The Theatre!” event (Mortis trial)
2. Try to use the Frame given as reward for the event completition
