It seems my account still hasn’t received the Tempered frame even after 8 days have passed since the Bardin Goreksson & Warpfire Thrower event (December 12 - 18, 2024) ended.

@noksikon42 our backend developer checked your account but told me that you appear to have received the spotlight rewards already and have the frame equipped.
