Almost every single item was a retexture. Not only was it mostly retextures, you covered yet another cool set (steel legion) in unnecessary camouflage.
Fatshark, for the love of the emperor, do something besides camo. Maybe even give us original items that we’ve seen leaked and know exist.
You can add new pieces to armors, change their material type, create distressed materials. At the very least tell whoever makes these decisions to look up urban camo, which would make sense in Tertium.
I know the majority of players don’t regularly buy cosmetics, but I tend to splurge and get all the stuff I like, and this time I only bought the Ogryn chest piece; also a retex, but at least it looked alright.
The rest are all low quality retextures that someone created by changing a few values in photoshop and re-exporting the maps. Then you have the gall to try selling them for money while telling us that anything half-decent has to be sold at a premium.
Some of us are happy to buy cool things for too much money and help keep development going, but you need to re-evaluate the items you plan for rotations, because this is starting to become borderline insulting.
It’ll get worse before it gets better if people keep making excuses for buying this overpriced low effort crap. FS doesn’t care if you’re frowning as you click the “purchase aquilas” button.

This isn’t about a business practice le reddit army, it’s about FS not investing in worthwhile content creation.

If fs actually tried with the store and actually ran it like any other microtransation shop in any other currently run live service game they would easily make bank
Like if they consistently delivered good regimental outfits for vet OR EVEN JUST A CADIAN ONE LIKE A SELECTABLE CHARACTER BACKGROUND. Or the stuff literally ready to go in the files. They would make more money from the store. I literately cannot mentally fathom how they run the store. It’s that poorly run
It pisses off people who don’t like these types of stores with its inflated prices and low effort and it pisses off people who want to buy stuff but it takes months to actually rotate to actually new stuff that aren’t just a reskin and even longer to good stuff.
A reskin and a repeat a month is the saddest most pathetic in game shop I’ve ever seen.
