Mk II Hellbore still has (118.79-46.67) possible sway values to the (76.51-5.59) the other 2 variants have after the Signal Update.
Ogryn Cleavers are unable to chain weapon special from block (along with ogryn shield). The most recent update had a fix for a ton of weapons being able to perform weapon specials from blocking and these are the only ones I noticed that got skipped.
The shield also still has 25% armor penetration to carapace instead of the 95% it had before Signal Update.
