A few months back I purchased Aquilas (I believe it was the 4500 pack). I bought a few cosmetics for my Psyker and Zealot. After a long break of playing, I returned to play with friends. When I went to check for new cosmetic items, I found a few I liked and wanted to purchase, knowing I had some currency still leftover. When I checked how much it stated -3000 Aquilas. WHAT!!??
Please assist. I do have screenshots of the negative amount of Aquilas.

I’ve checked your account and can see you made a purchase of 4500 Aquilas on Sat 21 Oct 2023 11:33:45 UTC. The Aquilas were granted at the time, which I can see you used to purchase cosmetics. However, this transaction is now marked as ‘Failed’ detailing that it was revoked by Microsoft. As you purchased cosmetics, but the Aquilas transaction has been revoked, this has subsequently resulted in the negative balance.
Is it possible that your bank blocked the payment? or was this transaction charged back?
That would explain a lot.
I just looked at my statement, looks like my bank did block that transaction after the fact. Looking into getting it reversed.
