After The Forsaken Temple Patch 6.1.0 my Necromancer career is disappeared from my Heroes as if I had not bought it. (I bought it when it is released.)
I can see that the Necromancer DLC appears to have been revoked, and is no longer set as active in the backend. Usually this would only occur if a DLC is refunded, or perhaps no longer shared by Family Share? Could this be the case here?
If not, please check your DLC entitlements in game add-ons, and it may be something you’ll need to contact Xbox Support about: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us
It was missing on my Series S in the morning but I updated the game on my Series X a few minutes ago and Necromancer came back on my X.
I will check it tomorrow morning on my S.
I bought it on 2023/10/19 on Xbox Store and I have invoice, no refund. I use my Xboxes, no family sharing or Home setting.
Oo I see, that’s bizarre. Though I’m glad to hear things have straightened out on your Series X. Please let me know if this is the case for your Series S also once you’ve checked. Thanks!
On my Series S the Necromancer career was still missing and showed it as if it hadn’t been bought yet
Than I checked in the “Game and DLC settings” of Vermintide 2 and the Necromancer career was turned off. It’s strange because before the latest patch I was playing with it.
When the game lanches it synchronize itself. During that time why didn’t it recognize that I already bought and installed it?
Ah I see! Thank you for the update. Glad to hear the issue is resolved
Though the game synchronizes with the backend, the DLC logic check in the backend is:
Is the DLC OWNED? If yes, check ACTIVE
Is the DLC ACTIVE? If yes, allow access
However, the DLC active check is decided entirely by the local console setting. So, it’s possible to have DLC enabled/disabled separately across consoles depending on each console’s settings.
