PS4 Bought Necromancer DLC but not unlocked in game

I bought the Necromancer DLC yesterday on PS4, but it remains locked in game. Every link to buy the DLC within the game, leads to the PSN page, but upon clicking the price, it states I have already purchased the item. I had hopes this was a bug along with the loss of progress, but after the patch today, checked again and Necromancer is still not unlocked and I have no way of downloading or “purchasing” the item again.

(Also, have already tried restoring licences and rebuilding database, neither worked)
