Issue Regarding the purchasing of Premium Careers

I have recently bought the Necromancer premium career, and in the past have also bought Sister of the Thorn as well. I am locked out of playing either of these careers. I have bought the other 3 premium careers as well (Grail Knight, Outcast Engineer, and Warrior Priest), but these are accessible and I can play them unlike SotT/Necromancer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @PapaCritical,

I’ve checked your account and can see both Sister of the Thorn and Necromancer DLC as being ‘owned’ and ‘active’, so this is a little unusual.

Are you still locked from playing either DLC after restarting Vermintide 2/your PlayStation?

Otherwise, please try the following:

  1. From the home screen, highlight Vermintide 2
  2. Press the touch pad down button on your controller
  3. Select ‘PlayStation Store’ on the left side of the screen
  4. Select ‘Your Add-Ons’
  5. Check DLC are marked as ‘Installed’

Please let me know how you get on.

You might want to censor your email and Card info as the few numbers could be enough to trick security support to give access to someone
