Missing Cosmetic Items/Skins I Purchased

This sounds a bit more odd than the problem described here;

Missing Saltzpyre Axe & Falchion

So I unlocked the Axe and Falchion a couple of weeks ago and have been using it for a while. This morning when I logged in, not only is the weapon now missing from my inventory but there’s no option to craft it as well. In the challenges, it’s showing as the reward having been claimed. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

but you might want to check if steam is experiencing issues in your region right now, could be related to that.
