Since I began playing this game, the models and meshes have always been slightly warped. See the attached pictures and note the arrows pointing to the distorted areas. Never at any time have these been correct for me.
My average FPS is 50.9. I Do not have a highest or lowest on record. It is difficult to say if this issue is hindering the FPS performance of the game, but definitely makes it look ugly. This happens in all places at all times in game; on the Mourning Star, on missions, in pre & post mission loading screens, and anywhere else that in-game 3D models are used. The scenery, the characters, and weapons & items are all affected by this. Player models only sometimes seem to be affected by this. Weapons and items are affected in both 1st person and when viewing another character (NPC or player).
My graphics settings are usually set relatively high as my PC is rather powerful. I have however tried many different combinations of settings, cleared the appdata, uninstalled, reinstalled, and validated the files for the game several times to no avail. Graphics drivers are up to date.
