Mesh Streaming Issue?

The issue is especially noticeable with the plasma gun equipped. Often, textures in the game appear to be rendered at a very low quality setting, and never improve. Usually, a mission starts with normal graphics, and by the end everything looks all chunky and poor quality. Check out my plasma gun in the screenshot I’ve attached.

My hardware is as follows:
Ryzen 7600X
Radeon RX 7600 XT
32GB DDR5 RAM 5600 MT/s
1TB nvme SSD

nah sometimes it looks a little wrinkly after you get out of the pool, like a loose-fitting coat…just kidding.
