This has been brought up before a few times, but I’d like to stress that a very large portion of the darktide playerbase will have played vermintide before (especially after the free giveaway). The mouse sensitivity settings in vermintide go all the way from -10 to +10. +10 is the setting I have been using practically since the game launched, so playing darktide at a mere 2 sensitivity is nearly impossible for me, everything feels like I dipped my mouse in honey.
In addition to that there is no way to customize the sensitivity level of ADS options for guns. Vermintide 2 has a mod to adjust this but with the greater emphasis on gun combat in this game there is no excuse for lacking this feature in the base game.
I really hope you do something about this soon, as well as the other bugs like sensitivity scaling to FoV and randomly resetting itself to default levels. Other than this problem the game seems pretty awesome.
