Empty lobbies wherever I go, no matter the difficulty. I asked around in the community and many other people have this problem. Some people, however, don’t.
Do you guys have a shadow ban low priority pool? Your game is throwing us into low priority for no reason (I am never not nice to people in-game). Something is seriously wrong with the matchmaking because there’s still 30k people playing, so my Malice/Heresy/Damnation lobbies should NOT be empty.
PLEASE look into this as no players means I can no longer play the game and player retention is a high priority.
At the end of this session, I have went on an online forum and saw people actively asking others to join “Damnation - Low Intensity - Espionage” mission. There was only one such mission in the mission screen. When I clicked to que for it, I was sent to an empty Lobby. Multiple other people responded in that forum, complaining that they were also being sent to empty lobbies.
ADDITIONALLY
The session then immediately afterwards ends with a game joined that was actively in the Mission Fail state. The fail-screen was soft locked and I could not press SPACE to continue, forcing me to Alt+F4.
This has been a constant issue for me as well. Damnation difficulty matches always throw me into a 1/4 lobby that will automatically start after the timer ticks down and I’ve tried waiting in the mission for anyone to join. I’ve only tried this a few times, waiting for 5-10 minutes and nothing happened. It’s pretty consistently locking me out of even attempting to play missions on damnation difficulty.
The issue still occurs on Heresy difficulty as well, but far less commonly and eventually the mission will usually fill once it’s started.
